MSU Science Park - Venue & Space

Venue & Space for rent

At Moscow State University Science Park, the laboratory and administrative offices are available to hire by innovative companies on a long or short term basis. Examples of the rooms we offer are shown below.

We also provide a meeting room for up to 120 people for seminars, conferences and board meetings. All rooms are equipped with some of the latest technical equipment and facilities.

MSU Science Park is situated in a picturesque area of Moscow, close to the MSU Botanical Garden on Sparrow Hills. With eight, two-storey buildings of 500 m2 each on the site plus a four-storey building with an area of 7,500 m2, there is a total building area of 11,500 m2. There are two separate car parks with a total capacity for 90 cars, as well as a small parking lot next to each building.

The Information Technology Center meets all international standards for its technical equipment consisting of:

  • forced ventilation
  • intelligent heating and cooling systems
  • electronic access control system
  • automatic fire protection system
  • security surveillance video system
  • infrared protection systems for the immediate surrounding area

The Information Technology Center, which houses a conference hall for 120 people, is connected to two independent electrical substations. An emergency diesel power facility has also been installed in the building in case of power outages from both these stations.

Numerous fiber-optic lines provide connection to the Moscow traffic exchange point M9 and M10. Telephone services, both local and international long distance, are provided by MGTS (ATC 930). There is also a facility to connect to any other phone operator.

As well as the Science Park’s own infrastructure, any company may buy contracts with the University of Moscow for use of its extensive infrastructure and resources, primarily its various laboratories and centers whose research facilities are made available for collective use.
