CONFIGURATIONS
The AMD OpteronTM Processor-Based Ser ver Evaluation Program units are available in two (2) configurations, depending on your testing needs.

Configuration A
Computational and Database Servers CPU Two (2) AMD OpteronTM processors Memor y 8 x 1 GB PC2100 DDR SDRAM HDD 1 x 36 GB 15K RPM U320 SCSI HDD

Configuration B
Edge of Network Servers CPU Two (2) AMD OpteronTM processors Memor y 4 x 512 MB PC2100 DDR SDRAM HDD 1 x 36 GB 15K RPM U320 SCSI HDD Both configurations are equipped with: SCSI Controller Network I/O PCI I/O Other I/O Management Embedded U320 controller with integrated mirroring support Dual embedded Gigabit Ethernet Two (2) PCI-X expansion slots: 1 full length 133 MHz/64-bit, 1 half length 66 MHz/64-bit Internal CD-ROM & Floppy drives Embedded SVGA video, serial, keyboard & mouse connectors Ser vice processor running embedded Web ser ver and SSL encr yption for secure web-based management from anywhere and dedicated 10/100 Ethernet connection to a management network.

Availability
