1. Solar Variability Affecting NGDC-05/1 - 1 disc.

This CD-ROM contains solar flare reports, sunspot numbers abd regions histories, total solar irradiance, and solar bursts. Some available data are digital geomagnetic hourly values, magnetic activity induces, cosmic ray observation, solar wind and IMF hourly values, list of magnetic storms. (1957-1990)

2. Ionospheric Digital Database - 2 discs.

The Ionospheric Digital Database compact discs contain approximately 40,000 station years (1.35 gigabytes) of scaled digital vertical incidence parameters from about 130 sites around the world for the period from 957 through 1990.These data have been contributed through a major cooperative effort among the World Data Centers and many ionosonde network organizations.

     This CD-ROM contains X-ray,  Magnetometer and Energetic Particle Data measured by  Geosynchronous Operational Envirpmental Satelites(GOES)   Jan.1986 - June 1992. 

 

7.  MAGSAT - 2 discs.

    CD-ROMs contains vector magnetic field data at o.5 sec resolution from  Nov. 2  1979 till May 6 1980 by ISEE-1, 2, 3; IMP-8.

8.  A Compilation of 1963-1999 Solar Wind Field and Plasma Data, Near Earth and Deep Space - 3 discs.                                        

 

  This  CD-ROM  contains  the  interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) and solar  wind  plasma  (SWP)  data  from several spacecraft which have explored the

  near-Earth  and deep space regions over the last three decades. The CD-ROM   also  contains the trajectory data for all related spacecraft. Plasma data

  include proton density, flow speed, flow angles and temperature.                                          

  Data from the following spacecraft have been used:                                     

   - near-Earth observations:     IMP-8 and ISEE-3     5-min resolution                                            

     OMNI data set hourly mean values of the IMF and SWP parameters,  from many spacecraft (mostly IMP-8 since 1973)                                             

   - deep space Coordinated Heliospheric Observations (COHO):                                     

     Helios 1 & 2         hourly mean values

     Voyager 1 & 2              - " -

     Pioneer 10 & 11            - " -

    The CD-ROM data sets are stored in both ASCII and CDF formats.

9.  Flares in H-alpha - 1 disc.

     Data include: reports(1938-1994), events(1955-1994), patrol(1955-1994) and indices(1955- 1980).

 

10.  Regions of Solar activity - 1 disc.

      This CD-ROM contains records of Ca plage regions: Big Bear(1981-1987), Hale(1979-81), MaMath(1942-1979), AGD Table(1969-1982), and  indices(1970-1987) and sunspot groupps: Catania(1978-1987), Greenwich (1874-1982), Mt.Wilson(1962-1991), Rome(1958-1989),and U.S. Air  Force(1981-1991).

 

11.  Solar Radio Bursts -  1 disc.

      This disc contains solar emissions recorded since 1960 at ground obbservation stations, available on this CD at discrete and sweep frequencies.

 

12. Neutron Monitor   - 1 disc.

      CD-ROM contains cosmic ray data from separate station and year for 1953-1992 .

13. Atmospheric Explorers - 1 disc.

The AE satellites were launched in the mid-seventies to study in great detail the ionosphere and thermosphere (upper atmosphere) and the coupling processes between the two.

Flying almost identical sets of insitu experiments in complementary orbits, the AE satellites have collected a large data base of ionospheric and thermospheric densities, temperatures, winds/drifts, and emissions over close to a full solar cycle. An onboard propulsion system allowed

orbit adjustment and changes throughout the missions.

24  Debrecen Photoheliographic Data-1986-88 1 disc

       The Debrecen Photoheliographic Data (DPD) is a catalogue of

       white-light full disc observations observations taken at the

       Heliophysical Observatory of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences

       Debrecen, Hungary) and its Gyula Observing Station as well as at

       some other observatories. The contributing observatories were:

       Kislovodsk Observing Station of Pulkovo Observatory (Russia),

       Tashkent Observatory (Uzbekistan), Abastumani Astrophysical

       Observatory (Georgia), Ebro Observatory (Spain) and Kodaikanal

       Solar Observatory (India). The present material is also made available
