The xpa interface to the telescope server responds to xpaget and xpaset used
in the syntax

xpaget tel target

which returns the current E2000 telescope target RA (h) and Dec (deg).
To set the coordinates in E2000 use

xpaset -p tel target [ra] [dec]

All commands and arguments are lower case.
Telescope coordinates are internally running at Epoch of Date (EOD) but communicated in E2000.
Degrees and hours are sent and returned only in decimal format.
Most commands accept xpaset and will return the current value with an xpaget.

Available commands provide command line telescope control. They also are called
by the XmTel GUI to control the telescope when it is in server mode.
