31mar16: inject tones into cal coupler to see how large a cal we need (more info)
28mar16: tx,rx for receivers have paired serial numbers.

polA 5009, polB 5010.
We had them reversed so tx 5009 went into rx 5010.
on 28mar16 we switched the fiber rcvr cables so 5009 tx,rx are together, as well as 5010 tx.rx
polA now had 5-6 db less power than polB (coming out of the fiber rcvr.. see specs below)
