Spotlight On Mario Livio

Fellow Astronomer and Institute Science Division Head, Mario Livio, has recently published a new book, "The Accelerating Universe: Infinite Expansion, the Cosmological Constant, and the Beauty of the Cosmos". Mario describes the book as "discussing beauty as an essential ingredient of fundamental theories of the universe", and states that it was written to be fully understandable to the non-professional reader.

Mario will be more than happy to autograph any copy staff brings by his office (Muller 417). We extend our congratulations on this new accomplishment!
