This SMS is designed to handle the case of WFPC2 contamination begin seen
at -43C and it is deemed unsafe to cool down to -88C.

* Non-standard SI reconfigurations *
**************************************

The STIS enters this SMS in its non-standard operate state
with the CCD detector flushing and the MAMA detector power supplies
on. At day 058 17:44 STIS enters a non-standard observe state
and CCD observing begins. The MAMA detector power supplies will
remain powered on throughout the CCD SMOV testing.

This SMS begins with the WFPC2 in a non-standard decon state.
The TECs will be off, the CCD heater and heatpipe heater will be on,
the shutter will be closed and the F785LP filter will be in the beam.
The WFPC2 will remain in this state for the whole duration of this
SMS.
