OBJECTIVES:
Scholarships are provided to LGBT students to help them meet the
costs of higher education.  In addition to financial support, students
gain a network of fellow students and leaders to assist them in their
career path.

ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must maintain a GPA of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale;
engage in a service project; and attend a college in the United
States.  Applicants need not be LGBT, but must have a demonstrated
commitment to leadership within the LGBT community.  All levels of
education are eligible for funding.

FUNDING
The average scholarship award per scholar is $13,600. The awards
cover tuition, books, supplies, room and board, transportation, and
living expenses.  Recipients  are also in contact with a support
network of professionals willing to be personally involved in their
