Meteors

David Asher was invited to present a review, at a conference of the IAU (International Astronomical Union) in Belgrade, of the ground-breaking work that has been done at Armagh and elsewhere in recent years on the subject of meteor storm forecasting. He also continued to provide information on meteor predictions to interested parties, of whom there are still many. The paper by Vaubaillon et al. (2004) discussed details of the meteor activity in the latest Leonid shower.
