Surface Inhomogeneities on YY Geminorum

From optical photometric coverage of YY Geminorum in February 1988 we
derive the size, position and temperature of photospheric spots present on the
components. At primary eclipse a shallower than normal minimum is interpreted
as due to a bright patch on the secondary which bears some similarity to solar
white­light faculae.
