The 1st name is the committee Chair, whose task is to report to the monthly Board meeting. Other Board members are welcome to join a particular committee to discuss topics which are of interest to them. Explanations:

The Nomination Committee will put together a list of potential committee and/or Board members and will ensure completion of PRA approved person forms if the nomination is agreed by the Board; the Membership Committee looks at issues regarding the common bond, etc; the Credit Committee looks at loans and how best to operate lending to members; the Credit Control Committee looks after bad debt; the Compliance Committee ensures that Armagh CU comply with the PRA/FCA requirements; the Finance/Investment Committee looks after the members money and the options for investment, in effect it include the CU Business Plan; the Infrastructure Committee looks at issues with regard to the Building, IT, etc; the Training & Promotion Committee work includes training for both staff & Board members plus how best to promote Armagh CU & deals with staffing issues; a Youth Development Committee deals with monthly invoices and the Invoices Committee deals with monthly invoices.
