Opening Hours Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the office is open at times most suited to its members in order that we may provide the best possible service. The Board will arrange that the office be open 5 days each week, with the opening hours as follows: Monday 9:30 am Tuesday 9:00 am Wednesday CLOSED Thursday 9:00 am Friday 9:00 am Saturday 9:00 am 4:30 pm 4:30 pm 4:30 pm 4:30 pm 4:00 pm

Monday morning:
Staff meetings will take place on Monday from 9am 10am, unless otherwise specified.

Lunch Hours:
The office will be open during lunch hours to facilitate its members. Additional staff may be employed to cover lunch time and facilitate staff breaks.

Loan Applications:
No loan application will be taken in the office after 4pm, Monday to Friday and 3:30pm on Saturday.

Funerals:
In the event of a death of a serving Director, Supervisor, Volunteer or Member of Staff, the office will close as a mark of respect and to allow staff to attend the funeral. A notice indicating the closing times will be displayed on the entrance door prior to the funeral.

Bank/Statutory Holidays:
A list of statutory holidays will be agreed by the Board at the first meeting following the AGM and distributed to staff.
