An additional incentive for further development of our interaction was your delegation visiting Kazan University this January,” said I. P. Gafurov expressing his wish to fill the recently signed agreement on strategic partnership with real content.

The President wished Karazin University community wellbeing and new creative achievements.

For reference. Kazan Federal University is one of the oldest classical higher educational institutions in Russia, it was founded in 1804 after Tsar Alexander I signed its Charter.

On September 14, 2012 at M. P. Dragomanov National Pedagogical University during the assembly of the Association of partner higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation and Ukraine Presidents I. P. Gafurov and V. S. Bakirov entered a cooperation agreement between Kazan Federal University and V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
