Project ASTEROID
Winer Observatory began Project ASTEROID in 2004 to build a 2-m class telescope for Near Earth Object science and follow-up astrometry (tracking) and education and public outreach. For more information see www.projectasteroid.org.
Our goal is to maximize the science and educational return on your robotic telescope investment by providing a site in South eastern Arizona renowned for clear skies and good weather, combined with a competent, knowledgeable, and experienced staff able to keep your telescope maintained and operating at peak efficiency.
