Rick,
I didn't grind my own mirror, but rather purchased one (I simply put the telescope toghter). I did find a formula for calculating the minmum resolvable angle of a telescope based on the diameter of the primary mirror. However, my question was how to measure it. I have seen reference to an article in Sky & Telescope about how to measure it indoors, but I was unable to access the article from any of my sources. I was hoping someone would know of this technique.
