To use these programs simply copy them to a convenient location. For example,
for system wide use in Linux, we recommend copying them to /usr/local/bin/. For
your own use, put them in a directory in your search path.

Other operating systems may have their own pecularities. On Windows, consult
the Python guide to Windows.

While the code is tested in Python 2.7 on OpenSuSE 13-2, you may want to try it
with Python 3.3. There will be minor compatibility issues. However the primary
dependencies on Numpy, Scipy, PyFITS, and PyWCS are met with either 2.7 or 3.3.
We have avoiding using "PIL", the Python Imaging Library, because it is not
compatible with Python 3.
