Abstract

The results of photometric BVR_c observation of polar-ring galaxy candidate UGC 5600 obtained with 6-m telescope are analyzed. We confirm the existence of inner polar ring and show that outer ring-type structure is in fact the spiral arms. Thus the galaxy represent an unusual class of gas-rich spiral galaxies with inner polar ring.
