ARCTIC telecon
Attending: Suzanne, Bill, Alaina, Joe, Conor

- Detector news -- Upper right quadrant · Quadrant was looking darker than the others. Adjusted the bias level, and it looked
even darker. Talked to Leach about the preamp board. We will need to determine which amplifier is bad. May need to order parts from Leach.

· Ed has ordered the part for this test. Will pull it, and test it on the bench. · We also saw this in the test chip, so we think it is in the electronics. - Cart · Joe put in the design requests from the obs specs, and got no further feedback. So
we will move on, order the parts and start building.

· We have 3/4 of the parts here, waiting on the last few. Then will have it welded. · Hope to have it done for pre-commissioning. - Umbilical and Ventilation box-· Ventilation will go from electronics on the instrument, through the umbilical and off
the observing level. Ed has ordered the cabling needed.

· Still need ethernet to fiber converters, Joe will order. · Should be ready for pre-commissioning. - Optics -· Delivered today. QA looks great, meets our specs. Joe has accepted them. · The window will come in tomorrow. Lens cells are being nickel coated now, and
we're waiting on the clamps. Will install a few days before pre-commissioning.

- Joe returns to APO June 16. - What will not be complete for pre-commissioning? · Maybe no filter wheels -- CVE is slammed. - Will try talking to the UVa shop.

- Are we confident that leaving the filters out will not hurt our ability to focus? Yes,
it should all be ok.

· Conor is working on the ICC. Hub and TUI can be after the June run. - Conor will work with Jon or Fritz during shutdown. - Need for June -- take and display exposures, take offsets for an instrument block. - Conor can expect to have access on Wednesday.
