DCDDBLE Returns number of doubles actually decoded.
EXPR Character string containing the expressions to
be evaluated.
OUTV Array of doubles containing the decoded values.
NOUT Dimension of OUTV.
IERH Error return code. A list of error codes is given
in HERINP.DC2.
