[miriad-devel] pgdisp and pgxwin_server in darwin_ppc and darwin_x86

Some of the early binary distributions for darwin_ppc and darwin_x86
escaped without the execute bit set for pgdisp and pgxwin_server.
To fix:
chmod o+x $MIRBIN/pg*
Also, the scripts/ subdirectory has been moved from miriad-code to
miriad-common where it belongs. If you can't find scripts/MIRRC.in
then refetch miriad-common.
