Just as a reminder, and for discussion at the telecon, here are the
proposed LBA dates for the next semester:

        June 18, 00:00 UT to June 25, 00:00 UT
        July 26, 22:00 UT to July 28, 16:00 UT
        August 16, 22:00 UT to August 17, 11:00 UT
