Hi,
V1.5 is now on the web at the usual place,
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/vlbi/schedules/lba/2009oct.html
it corrects the observation codes for v289 and v252, removes the uncertainty over v277-or-test, and gives a better approximation of the Tid availability, and so is recommended for all those at the coalface of LBA observing!
