JV: "Please turn off jump fitting if there is nothing to jump" While this issue is resolved, there remains the problem of jump fitting when zoomed in such that there is _only_ jumped data in the window. Jumping goes wild in that case.

JV: "The START (MJD) prefit value does not get put to the postfit value for subsequent fits."

AL: The random noise generator in fake plugin always using the same seed (it uses gaussian_noise instead of gasdev)

JV: The "-epoch centre" flag only works for time-sorted tim-files.

GJ: -WSRT is not yet in the observatories.dat file by default

GJ: -is there a way to predict circularT clock corrections of gps2utc.clk?

 at the moment the cirT files have a month and a half delay

there are no clock corrections applied at all if the date is not covered

by gps2utc

GJ: -turn off applying "corrections" to toas if they are written out by TEMPO2

 ->we need manual control of jumps, timesteps etc

flags -> phase offset per point
in par file set MJD range
so we can probably get around this by using the flagging in TEMPO2 tim

format ?Joris can you send use some examples of Flags in tempo2 tim format

GJ: -telescope jump for multiple telescopes in par file

 -> enable jump fitting for more than one tel

doesn't work for more than one jump in the par file
again we can solve this probably with flagging

-dm stridefit doesn't allow print to file (graphics device change)

it gets stuck

IS: MODE 1 not being written out in .par files
