Abstract

A communication circuit with nonlinear mixing of information signal is discussed, in which the information and chaotic signals are modulo-summed. The introduction of the modulo-summer into the transmitter and receiver is shown to increase the confidentiality of the transmitted information signal and the robustness of the receiver performance in respect to the circuit with ordinary summation.
