The State Commission made a decision to roll out the ILV Zenit-3SLB to the launch pad to continue the ILV processing for launch of the SC AMOS-4. |

The second launch day. Critical Launch Readiness Checklist (CLRC). Analysis of the CLRC mode. |

The third launch day. A meeting of the State Commission (a launch readiness review with participation of the Customer). Preparing the launch pad for the prelaunch activities mode. The prelaunch activities mode began on August 31 at 19:05:00 Moscow Time (15:05 UTC). On September 1, 2013, at 00:05 Moscow Time (on August 31 at 20:05 UTC) ILV Zenit-3SLB lifted off with spacecraft AMOS-4. |
