• Integration of LAB to the ISS and LAB outfitting
• Soyuz TM-31 relocation from SM to FGB
• Implementation of the Research and Experimental Program (Sprut-MBI, Paradont, Kardio-ODNT, Prognoz, Bradoz, Uragan, Identifikatsia, Izgib, Tenzor, Iskazheniye, Priviazka, Plazmenniy Kristall)
• Crew handover to ISS-2 expedition

The science and applied research implementation program scheduled for ISS-1 timeframe was approved by Yu. P. Semenov, Academician of RAS, RSC Energia Designer General on October 23, 2000.
