- Docking of Soyuz TMA-12 to Docking Compartment Pirs;
- Operational support for Soyuz TMA-11 loading and undocking from FGB Zarya;
- Operational support for Space Shuttle docking on Flight 1J. Replacement of one ISS-16 NASA crewmember on the Space Shuttle on Flight 1J;
- Soyuz TMA-12 relocation from DC Pirs to FGB Zarya;
- Operational support for Progress M-64 docking to Docking Compartment Pirs and it unloading;
- Loading and undocking of ATV1 from SM Instrument Compartment;
- Operational support for Progress M-01M docking to SM IC;
- Operational support for Progress M-64 loading and undocking from DC Pirs;
- Operational support for Progress M-65 docking to Docking Compartment Pirs and its unloading;
- Operational support for Space Shuttle docking on Flight ULF2. Rotation of one ISS-17 NASA crewmember on the Space Shuttle on Flight ULF2;
- Performance of extravehicular activity (EVA), i.e. one ISS Russian Segment EVA;
- Performance of reboost operations using ATV1 thrusters;
- Maintenance of the station functionality;
