At the Rocket & Space Corporation Energia after S.P. Korolev the ISS future expedition crews have familiarized them with the composition and equipment of Mini-Research Module (MRM-2) being manufactured at the Corporation.

The Russian cosmonauts A. Kaleri, O. Skripochka, M. Suraev, A. Skvortsov and S. Revin, as well as the American astronauts R. Garan, Sh. Walker and J. Williams took part in the training, which was performed by the RSC-Energia specialists at the Checkout & Test Facility, where the module is at the final stage manufacturing operations.
