USED SCIENCE HARDWARE:

- Experimental chamber NIP (with a cable and key)
- Video camera Sony HVR-Z1Y (with an accumulator)
- Video cassettes mini DV* (2 pc)
- Flash card
The experimental chamber NIP is a monoblock consisting
of an octagonal chamber (on each side of which SAW
acoustic sprayers are accommodated) and a control unit.
Proteins will be sprayed into the inner volume of the
chamber from each pair of SAW sprayers located opposite
one another with the use of an acoustic wave. Interaction
of the flows of two different proteins will result
in formation of bioluminescence area, which will be
recorded by a high-speed video camera mounted on the
inspection window of the experimental block.

PURPOSE:
To study the behavior of fluids in microgravity
conditions.
OBJECTIVES:
To study the interaction of two accumulations of
sprayed proteins (luciferin and luciferase plus АТР)
by their bioluminescence image.
EXPERIMENT RESULTS:
Video information on the spray process and luminescence
of proteins.
