reason: 1) fix problems occurring from incomplete
shutdown of Midas session - the "osx" socket
interfaces were out of sync after that

deadline for deliv.: same as for whole DFS

spec. test procedure: 1) start up RBS and start the DRS (Midas)
via RBS > startDRS
2) in a separate terminal window do:
$ ps -ef | grep inmidas
kill that process, do not kill prepa.exe !
3) kill the RBS
4) start the RBS again
a user dialog should appear indicating
the problem and fix it

already checked: using as DRS version: 01SEPpl1.3
