Kiselev A.P. works in Institute of Solid State Physics of Russian Academy of Sciences since 2003 after graduated of physico-mathematical faculty of Borisoglebsky state pedagogical institute. In 2008 hi received PhD degree for the work 'Correlation of spectral characteristics with a structural state molybdate europium'.

His scientific work is devoted researches of interrelation of luminescent properties complex oxide rare-earth elements with their structure. The basic methods of researches is an optical spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.
