User should choose the type of coordinates and type of positions by marking corresponding radio button, first in the column headed Type and then in the column headed Positions.
Rectangular coordinates are compatible only with choice Geometric. Spherical coordinates are compatible with any choice. Remember that photographic or CCD observations are comparable with astrometric positions, whereas meridian observations are comparable with apparent ones. Observations made in horizontal coordinate system also are linked to apparent positions.
