We inform you that preliminary Program of the Conference compiled on the base of papers, approved for presentation at the Conference, is put up at the page of the Conference at the address:

In the most of cases the form of presentation (oral or poster) corresponds to that proposed by author(s), but in some cases, mainly due to limited time of the Conference, it has been changed. We regret that we were forced to do so.

The language of the Conference is English.

We remember that the time fixed for each presentation is indicated in the Program of the Conference. This term will be strictly observed independently of real finishing.

We ask all of you to inform us, when your tickets will be in hand, about the date and flight number of your arrival in St. Petersburg and the return trip to be able to meet you in the airport or elsewhere.

Because of starting vacation period we are sorry for possible delays of answering your letters coming to Organizing Committee.

We are looking forward to seeing you in St. Petersburg.
