Republic of Kazakhstan accedes to Dnepr Program
|
Republic of Kazakhstan, represented by National Company “Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary” JSC, becomes a full-fledged partner of the Dnepr Program. Following Russia and Ukraine, Kazakhstan Party became a holder of 10% of ISC Kosmotras shares.
The decision with regard to admission of the Kazakhstan Party to ISC Kosmotras shareholders was taken in 2009 and all the necessary approvals contributing to this accession were obtained at all levels during the year of 2010.

During 1992-2003 timeframe, a team of Russian and Ukrainian companies together with the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) were involved in developing a commercial space launch system based on the technology of the SS-18 ICBMs being withdrawn from service.
