    |  | Two SS-18 rockets are prepared for the launches under the Dnepr program in 2009 On April 6, 2009, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation signed a Decree on performance in accordance with the established order of a launch of RS-20 rocket carrying DubaiSat-1 (United Arab Emirates), Deimos-1 (Spain), UK DMC-2 (Great Britain), NanoSat-1B (Spain), AprizeSat-3 and AprizeSat-4 (USA) satellites from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
