Dnepr launch record
The first Dnepr commercial mission lifted off in April 1999. Over the years of its successful business operations, ISC Kosmotras has performed 22 Dnepr orbital flights with a total of 128 payloads inserted into their orbits. Among ISC Kosmotras customers were leading European universities, major space industry companies and space agencies. Quality of the launch services rendered by ISC Kosmotras and its contribution in the outer space exploration has received a proper recognition.

Dnepr Program
During 1992-2003 timeframe, a team of Russian and Ukrainian companies together with the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) were involved in developing a commercial space launch system based on the technology of the SS-18 ICBMs being withdrawn from service.
