Dear Colleagues!
Due to the recent political and economical situation in Ukraine we
have changed our anniversary meeting format.
Our full 3 day conference is now reduced to only a 1 day workshop
(July 17) which is combined with a joint meetings of the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the NAS of Ukraine and the Council of the Ukrainian Astronomical Association.
The talks slots during the workshop will be also limited only by
our invited speakers.
With pleasure we invite all our pre-registered participants to join
our workshop as guests. Limited number of posters (according to the SOC
selection) may be viewed during the coffee/tea breaks.
So, if you like to have a poster presentation, please, a.s.a.p. (but
not later as June 12) go to our poster submission web-page:

and submit your abstract. Of course, only registered participants have
access to this abstract submission page.
After the selection procedure by the SOC/LOC we inform you about the
possibility and the form of your poster presentation.
We are kindly ask you, if you still like to take part in our 1 day
workshop, now again come to our website: www.mao.kiev.ua/mao-2014 and finish the registration procedure (!!! up to June 6 !!!).

Step 1:
Visit again the site: www.mao.kiev.ua/mao-2014
Step 2:
On the website in the left column you should see the
button "SIGN IN" and below it the question "Forgot password?".
Please, click the "SIGN IN" button. Enter your e-mail which you
have used for the pre-registration procedure and the password which
you have got inside the e-mail with the 2-nd announcement.
If by any reason your e-mail/password combination didn't work
properly, please click "Forgot password?" and enter your e-mail
(which you have used in the pre-registration procedure).
The valid password will be sent to your e-mail account. With this
password, please, try again the authorization procedure with the
"SIGN IN" button.
Step 3:
After your successful logging into the website you will see the welcome
message on the top right corner of the page with the invitation to click
the "Continue registration" button. Please, finish your registration,
using this menu.
Step 4:
On the registration page you need to fill your arrival and departure
fields and also the information about your hotel, transportation and visa
necessities.
To finish the registration procedure, please, click the "UPDATE" button.
You will receive the confirmation e-mail in a next few minutes.

Please, finish your registration up to June 6, because, we will prepare
the final list of participants after this date.
