New results from the Tenerife beamswitch experiments.

Beamswitch experiments located at Teide Observatory, Tenerife
operate at 10, 15, 33 GHz. An area of 1 steradian has been
covered at angular scales from 5 to 20 degrees ( l = 10 30 ) . Sen-
sitivity is 10K per beam area at 15 and 33 GHz and 26K at
10 GHz which gives a measure of the CMB uctuation amplitude
to 10%. These data have been used to provide a separation of the
CMB and foregrounds. The radio foregrounds above 10 GHz
are contributed mainly by free-free emission and by synchrotron
below 10 GHz. A sensitive estimate is made of the spinning
dust contribution. These data are combined with other CMB
data and gravitational lens data to derive estimates
of
0 and 0 .
