On the observational constraints on the value of
the nondimensional cosmological constant

The dependence of the nondimensional conformal lifetime N of the
Universe on the value of the nondimensional cosmological constant
 is analyzed in Friedmann models with cosmological constant.
(The constant , assumed to be a parameter, equals to the ratio
of the common dimensional cosmological constant to its Einstein's
value.) The conformal lifetime of the Universe is maximized in the
asymptotic model of the rst kind (the A1 model) [1]. This means
that the A1 model is most preferable for information networking
on the global distance scale and thus most preferable from the
viewpoint of a variant of the strong anthropic principle. In this
respect, the observational constraints on the value of the nondi-
mensional cosmological constant are of particular interest. They
are considered in the report. A conclusion is made that the future
evolution of the Universe according to the A1 scenario is not ruled
out by the modern observational data.
