Here is some WAPP FITS header parameter documentation.

DATA - this is the data in a variable length array. In non-polarization
mode it is the FFT of the auto correlation using FFTW_REDFT00 of the
fftw3 package. A vanvleck correction is done on the data. A windowing
function is not. In the case of polarization data, auto and cross
correlation functions are save as data.

OBJECT - source name string that is chosen by the user.

CRVAL1 - Hz, this is the sky frequency used for this polarization.
CDELT1 - Hz, Frequency interval, this is the bandwidth / number of lags
CRPIX1 - center pixel, always number of lags /2
CRVAL2 - deg requested source position. This can be either AZ or RA
depending on equinox. In scanning modes this is the commanded
center of the map.

CRVAL3 - deg either ZA or DEC depending on epoch.
EQUINOX - years, usually 2000 or 1950. If 0 then CRVAL2 and CRVAL3 are
azimuth and zenith angle.

CRVAL4 - indicates the polarization of this scan. In polarization
mode (stokes) this number is the
1 - AA
2 - BB
3 - AB
4 - BA
For auto correlations, depending on the receiver its:
Linear A -6
Linear B -5
Circular A -1
Circular B -2

CRVAL5 - hours since midnight from obsdate

DATE-OBS - date in the 2004-07-25 or yyyy-mm-dd format.

TSYS - K last computed Tsys this beam. If you never do a standard cal
this is 0.0. This is intended as a receiver health check.

BANDWID - Hz Overall Bandwidth of spectrum.

RESTFRQV - Hz Rest frequency at band center. This is the number you type
in the IFLO configuration screen.

CRVAL1V - m/s_orZ Requested Velocity this is the number chosen by the user
for either Z or velocity. The value here depends
upon CTYPE1V.

CDELT1V - m/s_orZ CRVAL1V / number of lags
CRPIX1V - pixel of center velocity channel always number of lags/2
CUNIT1V - string either "Z" or "m/s"
CTYPE1V - string velocity type chosen by user
SPECSYS - velocity frame chosen by user
MJD-OBS - day modified julian day at exposure start
LST - hours Local Mean Siderial Time at exposure start
EXPOSURE - seconds of integration.

ENC_AZIMUTH - deg Encoder Azimuth on sky (not feed) This is uninterpolated
engineering information.
ENC_ELEVATIO - deg .5 Encoder Elevation, engineering info.
ENC_ALTEL - deg Encoder Elevation of other Carriage House, engineering info

CROFF2 - hr RA J2000 offset to commanded center. These
offsets include encoder errors and reflect actual telescope
position of this beam as well as can be known at the starting
time of this scan.
CROFF3 - deg Dec J2000 offset to commanded center as above.

The following are for held enginnering/debug purposes:
OFFC1 rad offset c1, engineering info
OFFC2 rad offset c2, enginnering info
OFF_CS integer that defines coordinates offc1 and offc2
OFF_TIME s seconds from midnight ast that offc1 etc. are valid

RATE_C1 - rad/sec D13.5 rate of change of offset for engineering purposes
RATE_C2 - rad/sec D13.5 rate of change of offset for engineering.
RATE_CS - Coordinate system of rates
RATE_DUR - s How long has rate been applied
These rates are valid at the time specified by OFF_TIME and not
necessarily the time of the scan.

CUR_TOL seconds. computed great circle tolerance not interpolated.
Not interpolated. The needs to be fixed.

REQ_TOL - seconds requested tolerance selected by user.

All the following positions are interpolated and calculated from
the actual telescope position including encoder pointing corrections.

MODEL_OFFAZ - deg pointing model offset az uninterpolated
enginnering info. Includes beam offset user offset and pointing
model offset.
MODEL_OFFZA - deg pointing model offset za as above.

BEAM_OFFAZ - deg ALFA unrotated offset az. This is directly read from
the table /share/wappsrc/alfa_pointing.tcl
BEAM_OFFZA - deg ALFA unrotated offset za as above.

USER_OFFAZ - deg commanded pointing offset az selected by user.
These are low-level pointing corrections not included in position
calculations.
USER_OFFZA - deg user commanded pointing offset za as above.

RFEED_OFFAZ - deg rotated offset this beam az
RFEED_OFFZA - deg rotated offset this beam za
The above are offsets following the ellipse given the alfa
rotation angle. This changes with each beam.

PRFEED_OFFAZ - deg offset to center prfeed beam az
PRFEED_OFFZA - deg offset to center prfeed beam za
The above are offsets of this beam to the center when
this beam is centered. For the center beam, these are the
negative of RFEED_OFFXX. These are the same for all beams of
a scan.

BEAM_OFFRAJ deg total ra offset to this beam
BEAM_OFFDECJ deg total dec offset to this beam za
These are of offsets in raj/decj to the center beam.

CRVAL2A - hr true ra pointing this beam on sky
CRVAL3A - deg true dec pointing this beam on sky
Actual J2000 position on the sky.
