Observatory Staff working hard to put out fires that threatened
during the week of February 23. After 4 hours of beating back
flames on the 24th, we were on the air and succeded in providing
data that aided in the decision to launch a salvo of 3 rockets
to study turbulence in the mesopause, the last of which took off
at almost 5 AM local time.
