Based on Tapasi's comments just after I send out version 2, here is
version 3 of the draft agenda. Hope it is converging! Give me your
comments. This is probably last correspondence I will be able to have
until Wed since I will be traveling from Europe tomorrow, and it is
getting late here now.

Hi Alan,
I just read Craig's message. It might be better then to move the Arecibo
lab tour
to 30th late afternoon (after Craig and Jon leaves), that way you can use the
entire time of the first day for the meeting sessions ?
We can also try to cut the anteena tour to 1.5 hours exactly.
