Radar Observations of Near Earth Asteroid 2012 FZ23

Recently-discovered near-Earth asteroid 2012 FZ23 is in a very unusual orbit, with an inclination of 75 degrees and a Tisserand invariant of 2.4, similar to many comets. We should be able to obtain moderate-resolution images (~ 75-meter resolution) on 2012 March 26-29. We request to use the X111 and X113 time on these days to observe this ob ject, better determine its orbit, and measure its size, shape and rotation state.
