Radar observations of near-Earth asteroid 2013 EB8

Asteroid 2013 EB8 has been added to the JPL list of potential human mission targets, and is well-observable at Arecibo on 2013 April 1 and 2. If it is not observed by radar, it will be lost, as its ephemeris is too poorly known. We propose radar imaging observations on one of those two days to determine its orbit and obtain radar images.
