Proposal Title: RADAR OBSERVATIONS OF ASTEROIDS 6037 (1988EG) AND 4183 CUNO
ABSTRACT:
Arecibo radar observations can strongly constrain the properties of each of the two targets, for which the currently
available physical information is limited to estimates of absolute visual magnitude. For 1988EG, we intend to
combine Goldstone and Arecibo images with resolution as ne as 10 m to develop a detailed physical model.
Neither object has been observed before with radar. The observations will also yield dramatically rened orbits.
