Calibration of the Mini-RF Experinent on the Chandrayaan-I Spacecraft

We plan to transmit a circularly-polarized signal to calibrate the polarization of the Mini-RF system on the Chandrayaan-I spacecraft. This will be a 2-W signal, transmit only, and other observatory activities can continue.
