We prop ose to observe the active RS CVn binary star Sigma Gem using the L-band wide receiver and the WAPP on two consecutive nights with the aim of recording high time resolution dynamic sp ectra of the coherent burst emission, b etter constraining the coherent emission meachanism, and relating the b ehavior of the coherent emission to the broader coronal variations and flaring. Simultaneous observations will b e obtained with the Chandra X-ray Observatory and from the VLA, VLBA, MERLIN, and McDonald Observatory.
