Proposal Title: OH MASER VARIABILITY, NARROW LINE FEATURES and SETI
ABSTRACT:
We propose baseband recording in a 3-5 MHz band that includes mainline (1665,1667 MHz) maser transitions of
several interstellar masers and one circumstellar maser. Dynamic spectra will be formed in software with varying
frequency resolution as small as 1 Hz. The goals are to (1) conrm fast variability (minutes); (2) determine the
minimum widths of line features; and (3) search for amplied articial background signals.
