General Category: Pulsars
Observation Category: Galactic
Total Time Requested: 36 Hours
Proposal Title: High time resolution measurements of core and conal pulsars
ABSTRACT:
As part of a program to distinguish among several theoretical models for the pulsar radio emission mechanism, we
propose to compare the micro- and nanostructure signatures predicted by numerical simulations of these models
with 70, 21, 13, and 6-cm microstructure observations of core and conal pulsar components.
