ABSTRACT:
This proposal seeks to clean up our knowledge of the 1612 MHz emission spectra of the Arecibo set of OH/IR stars
by making sensitive searches for the missing second peaks in the 53 objects without one. This proposal needs 30
hours of time when interference from GLONASS and Iridium is absent.
